3. Services

  • Scope of Services: PSKU enterprises agree to provide digital marketing services as outlined in the service agreement or proposal. Services may include, but are not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media management, content marketing, and email marketing.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time with or without notice.

4. Client Obligations

  • Information and Access: The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the provision of services. This includes access to any relevant platforms, accounts, or data required to perform the services.

  • Compliance: The client is responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. The client must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Pricing: The fees for our services will be outlined in the service agreement or proposal. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

  • Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in the suspension or termination of services.

  • Refunds: Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, all payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the services provided, including but not limited to strategies, reports, content, and marketing materials, are owned by PSKU enterprises

  • License: Upon full payment of fees, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose. This license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

  • Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed during the provision of services, including but not limited to business plans, strategies, financial data, and proprietary information.

  • Non-Disclosure: Neither party will disclose confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: PSKU Enterprises makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the services. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSKU enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the six months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • Termination by Client: The client may terminate the services at any time by providing written notice to PSKU enterprises. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund of any fees paid.

  • Termination by Company: PSKU enterprises  reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Indian government. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indian government

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” at the top will be updated. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
